There is no contact form on this site. A form needs something behind it to carry the message, and until that exists a box that quietly discards what you typed is worse than no box at all.
Reporting an error in an article
Name the article and name the sentence. That is all we need to start, and it is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Errors are corrected on the record, never quietly, and every correction is listed on the corrections page with what the article originally said and the date it changed. How we decide what counts as an error is written down on our standards page.
If you need help with your own Medicare
Write to us about an article and we will answer. We cannot answer a question about your own coverage, your own plan or your own bill, because we do not have your record in front of us and this publication does not give advice about individual situations.
That is not a brush off. It is the difference between explaining how the program works, which is what we do, and telling somebody what to do about their own money, which we are not the right people to do.
