Nothing on this site writes a cookie. There is no login, no session, no advertising tag, and no analytics. Nothing here can follow you to another site, because nothing here is sent anywhere in the first place.
Reading setting
The light or dark choice you make with the control in the masthead is stored on your
own device under the name mb-theme, so the page does not flash white at
you on the next visit. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
The notice you dismissed
Which button you pressed on the notice at the foot of the screen is stored under
medicarebrief-cookie-choice, so it stops asking. That is the only reason
it is kept.
If that changes
If this site ever adds measurement, this page says so before it goes live, and it says what is collected and by whom. It will not be added quietly and then documented afterwards.
